Cheesy, crispy Aged Cheddar Wafers are a classic Holly Hill welcome treat. We make them at our Midway Bakery with aged Cheddar cheese, real butter, and flour from nearby Weisenberger Mill, seasoned with a pinch of cayenne.
For years, we’ve served Aged Cheddar Wafers with our Bluegrass Cocktailers, on the Honeywood Four O’Clock Snack Platter and in hundreds of hors d’oeuvre displays. But this is the first time we’ve offered them for sale all on their own!
Aged Cheddar Wafers are packed 16 to a box. Layer a handful on a vintage china plate, serve alongside a salad or fresh fruit, or simply open the box. Addictive in any format.
