A Dream Come True
For years we’ve dreamed of a place, away from the hustle and bustle of a restaurant kitchen, where we could connect with friends and family and learn about Kentucky culture and cuisine together.
Our dream came true when we opened our Holly Hill Cooking Studio in downtown Versailles, Ky., a space where we can host intimate classes designed by Holly Hill founder Ouita Michel and our culinary team.
The studio includes a retail shop full of hand-crafted gifts for the kitchen and home — including Chef Ouita’s cookbook, Country Rock sorghum, Weisenberger grits and cornmeal, MadHouse vinegars and our Bouquet Garni apron from Anchal Project. We hope to see you soon!
