    Honeywood, Holly Hill & Company’s most spacious restaurant, is named for Honeywood Parrish Rouse, Midway, Ky.’s own trendsetter and woman of the world. Fond of travel, good food and a stiff drink, Honeywood made her home at Holly Hill Inn and welcomed guests with open arms. Our Honeywood Restaurant team, led by GM Kasey Dickens, extends the same warm Southern hospitality to our guests. Relax in the airy dining room with its eclectic art and pale blue leather banquettes, take a seat at the bar and enjoy one of Leah Craig’s handcrafted cocktails, or hang out on the patio and meet our resident ducks.

    Zim’s Cafe in downtown Lexington, Ky. is a cornerstone of the Historic Courthouse Square, now renovated to house the VisitLex Visitors Center and other local attractions. Named for Chef Ouita’s great-grandfather, Zim’s features many of the crowd favorites from Windy Corner Market and Wallace Station, in addition to seasonal specials.     The Thirsty Fox is the namesake of a suburban Chicago bar once owned by our former ops director Doug Mullins. It’s a partner to Zim’s Cafe, a popular stop for visitors to the adjacent VisitLex Visitors Center, and the perfect spot to try a few bourbons you may have just learned about. Sample a bespoke cocktail with beverage manager Julianna Santo, who leads our Wine Me Up tastings. Order lunch or dinner, or enjoy our Late Nite Bites menu, served from 9p-11p Mon-Sat.     The Midway Bakery & Cafe bakes fresh bread, scones, muffins, cookies, pies and more for all the restaurants of Holly Hill & Company. Located in what was once the cafeteria of the former Midway School, the Midway Bakery honors its hometown roots by preparing everything from scratch. We use real butter and natural ingredients and work from traditional recipes. Nearby Weisenberger Mill supplies our cornmeal and flour; much of the wheat and corn is Kentucky-grown; and our chocolate and cocoa powder come from Ruth Hunt Candies in Mt. Sterling, Ky.
