Lauren Jacobs, aka The Cheerful Baker, returns to the Holly Hill Cooking Studio to show us how easy it really is to catch the Gingerbread Man.

Lauren will teach her signature recipes for gingerbread cookies and royal icing. Then she’ll share decorating tips with class participants as they learn to embellish their own set of gingerbread men-themed cookies.

Class participants will leave with their decorated cookies, cookie cutters and the recipes for recreating them.

Our classes are designed with adults 21 years and older in mind.

Class begins at 3:00 pm and will last approximately 2 hours. Doors open at 2:45 pm.

We regret that we are unable to cancel reservations or issue refunds. In the event of an unavoidable conflict (and with 48 hours advance notice) we’re happy to arrange a one-time transfer to another class, pending availability.
