Snack on traditional Korean ban chan, then savor doenjang jjigae as we explore the role of ganjang, doenjang and gochujang in Korean cuisine. Learn how to make kaarage (Japanese Fried Chicken) with simple salads that illustrate the Sa, Shi, Su, Se and So of Japanese seasoning. Then we complete our short world tour by making Indian tomato masala, korma made creamy with cashews, and kadhi — prepared the Punjabi way with pakora

Our classes are designed with adults 21 years and older in mind.

Unless otherwise noted, all classes begin at 6:30 pm and last approximately 2 hours. Doors open at 6:15 pm.

We regret that we are unable to cancel reservations or issue refunds. In the event of an unavoidable conflict (and with 48 hours advance notice) we’re happy to arrange a one-time transfer to another class, pending availability
