Our popular Fish Club is back!

Learn how to judge the quality of fresh fish, and then watch Chefs Tyler and Ouita break it down. We’ll prepare a whole sole Meunière, demonstrate poaching and shucking lobster, and mix up a Peruvian ceviche.

Attendees will have an opportunity to purchase fresh seafood to take home; details will be emailed in advance.

Our classes are designed with adults 21 years and older in mind.

Unless otherwise noted, all classes begin at 6:30 pm and last approximately 2 hours. Doors open at 6:15 pm.

We regret that we are unable to cancel reservations or issue refunds. In the event of an unavoidable conflict (and with 48 hours advance notice) we’re happy to arrange a one-time transfer to another class, pending availability
