Our classes are designed with adults 21 years and older in mind.

Please let us know if you require any of the following accommodations:

  • accessible entry and/or seating, 

  • dietary adjustments for allergies or other medical conditions (at least 24 hours notice, please)

  • your party includes a minor child

Unless otherwise noted, all classes begin at 6:30 pm and last approximately 2 hours. Doors open at 6:15 pm.

We regret that we are unable to cancel reservations or issue refunds. In the event of an unavoidable conflict (and with at least 48 hours advance notice) we may be able to arrange a one-time transfer to another class, pending availability, but cannot guarantee placement.
